Work could be worse—there’s always someone putting in longer hours and making less money, right?
At the same time, you constantly question if you’re actually happy in your job. Something feels off. Maybe it’s a difficult boss, maybe a salary that barely pays the bills, or maybe you can’t quite put your finger on it.
So you move on because you’re fine. And honestly, thankful you even have a job.
Most women don’t know that they can actually improve their current circumstances on their own by focusing on the single most important aspect that can actually yield career-transforming results—
Soft Skills.
