You work hard. You show up. You try your best.

But still, something at work just isn’t… working.

A conversation throws you off.

A request feels uncomfortable.

A meeting leaves you wondering if you said the right thing.

Or something small happens and you replay it for hours.

There's a reason these moments feel so hard to navigate.

Most frum women were never taught how to navigate the workplace.

Not the communication piece.

Not the boundaries piece.

Not the ‘how do I say this in a confident way?’ piece.

Not the balancing work and life as a frum woman piece.

These are common experiences for thoughtful, capable women who were simply never taught the tools to handle workplace situations with confidence.

Most workplace stress comes down to three skills no one ever taught you.

When you look closely at the moments that feel confusing, draining, or overwhelming, they almost always trace back to one of these:

1

Clear communication

Knowing what to say, how to say it, and how to sound sure of yourself.

Without this skill, you're:

  • worrying you’re asking “obvious” or “wrong” questions
  • rereading emails ten times before sending
  • freezing when someone asks you something unexpected
  • walking away from conversations unsure if you said the right thing

2

Healthy bounderies

Knowing what’s reasonable, what’s not, and how to protect your time and energy.

Without this skill, you're:

  • taking on too much because you’re not sure how to say no
  • feeling overwhelmed or drained without really knowing why
  • letting others set expectations for your workload
  • agreeing to things you’re not comfortable with

3

Confidence at Work

Showing up in a way that feels steady, capable, and self-assured.

Without this skill, you're:

  • assuming you’re the one doing something wrong
  • hesitating to speak up or share your ideas
  • avoiding raises or salary conversations because you don’t feel “ready”
  • shrinking in situations where you need to advocate for yourself

And once you understand these skills, the way you experience work completely changes.

That’s why we created Jumpstart

Jumpstart teaches you the workplace skills you were never taught.

Hi I'm Faige!

I started my career earning minimum wage. I knew I was capable, but I didn’t yet know how to communicate my value or navigate everyday workplace situations as a frum woman.

As I learned how to communicate clearly, set boundaries, and present myself with confidence, I built a successful career as a product manager and business analyst in the corporate tech world. At the same time, I was learning something just as important: how to grow at work without feeling constant guilt about wanting success while knowing that home and family come first.

In 2023, I founded Project Careers to give frum women the practical workplace skills I wish I had when I was starting out. Not just how to advance in your career, but how to do it in a way that fits your values and your life.

Since then, I’ve trained over 200 women across industries to communicate clearly, advocate for themselves, and grow in their roles while staying grounded in what matters most to them.

Jumpstart is our foundational program. It’s designed to give you the tools and clarity you need to show up at work with confidence, make thoughtful career decisions, and grow professionally without carrying guilt into your workday or your time at home.

Project Careers is guided by Rabbi Shmuel Weiner and Rabbi Yitzchak Berkovitz.

F.A.Q.

Program & Fit

No. Jumpstart is for women who have a job or are looking to start one in a field they’ve already chosen.

You will get the most out of the program if you are currently working, because you can apply the skills right away, but beginners do very well too.

Most women feel that their situation is “different,” but the underlying challenges usually come back to communication, boundaries or confidence.

The tools we teach work across a wide range of real workplace scenarios.

If something personal comes up, you can bring it to the Q&A or your mentor when you complete the course, and we will help you apply the skills to your specific situation.

Yes, it will help — no matter your field.

Women join from offices, schools, nonprofits, corporate settings, healthcare and many other areas. The skills we teach show up everywhere: communicating clearly, handling uncomfortable moments, setting boundaries and showing up with confidence.

If you work with people in any capacity, these tools apply.

You can learn ideas online, but most people still get stuck when they need to use those ideas in real situations.

Jumpstart gives you structure, practice, and support so you actually know what to say and how to say it. It’s built specifically for frum women, who often face unique workplace challenges and real-life balancing acts that don’t show up in generic advice. You get scripts, examples, and feedback, along with guidance from people who understand your values and day-to-day reality.

It’s practical, guided, and built for real life.

No. Jumpstart is not a career choosing or job placement program.

It is for women who already know their general direction and want to show up professionally and confidently in the workplace.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

Most women spend about two to three hours total:

  • 40 to 45 minutes for the weekly module
  • 30 to 60 minutes for the assignment
  • 45 to 60 minutes for the live Q&A, which is optional but helpful

All modules and Q&A recordings stay available for 1 month.

Nothing disappears week to week, so you will not lose access if you need extra time.

Yes. You will receive:

  • personalized written feedback on your assignments
  • the ability to ask individual questions during the live Q&A
  • two one-on-one mentorship sessions for participants who complete the course by the published deadlines

It’s okay if you need flexibility during the program.

All modules and Q&A sessions are recorded, and you can complete assignments on your own schedule within the access period.

Please note that mentorship is offered upon successful, on-time completion, as outlined below.

Mentorship is offered to participants who complete all required modules and assignments by the published deadlines. Eligible participants receive two one-on-one mentorship sessions with a mentor in their field after the course ends. This structure helps us keep the mentorship meaningful, fair, and manageable for everyone involved.

You can submit questions in advance, and every session is recorded and uploaded within 48 hours.

Enrollment

You will have access to the video modules, workbook, community and Q&A recordings for 1 month from the start date.

The mentorship and resume review take place after the three week program, so your support continues beyond the modules.

The next cohort begins on February 16.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

There are two reasons:

  1. Quality. We give personalized feedback and mentorship, which is only possible in small groups.
  2. Fit. We read every application to make sure Jumpstart is the right match for your goals and needs.

The program opens twice a year and spots fill quickly.

Ready to feel calmer, clearer and more confident at work?

Jumpstart  gives you the tools to communicate well, set healthy boundaries and show up in a way that feels steady and capable.

The next cohort begins February 16.

Enrollment is application-only, and spots are limited so that every woman receives personal support.

If this feels like the right next step for you, I would love for you to apply.
